ATP Personal Training hosts Asia’s leading coaches, with studios in Hong Kong & Singapore Due to ATPs continued growth and expansion plans throughout the region, we are hiring to join our team in Singapore.
ATP offers the highest quality coaching to its customers ensuring fast results, sustainable change. To achieve the ATP standard all new employees will be required to complete the ATP Personal Training in-house education program in order to pass probation and qualify for taking on paid clients. The expected time required to complete the foundation course is three months. During this period the employee will be provided with a fixed salary to support them during their education. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Design and implement individual client’s Daily Routine, Nutrition and Activity programming in alignment with ATP policies and practices
Demonstrate alignment with ATP’s Mission and Values - including modelling a healthy lifestyle
Maintain comprehensive, effective records, and accurate data for all client sessions
Work as a team and collaborate with your colleagues at every opportunity to:
seek opportunities to learn from one another
ensure a positive experience for all of ATP’s clients
Work closely with the Mentor(s) to ensure a consistent experience for all of our clients
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIS):
All coaches will have KPIs for the start of each calendar year - for this reason, they can’t be listed, however, the KPI’s will be in the following categories.
Results as per the ATP Elements of Transformation
Client Retention/Turnover Rate
Client Referral Rate
Client Survey Results
Compliance of Client Documentation
Feedback from Mentor/General Manager/Education Manager where applicable
