:
1. Assist in verification of customers appointments.
2. Direct persons with walk-in enquiries to the appropriate hotlines, e-feedback form if necessary.
3. Direct persons who have an appointment to the correct office for their transaction e.g. 1st level for sales application, 1st or 2nd floor for resale transactions or 3rd floor for rental transaction and etc.
4. Able to assist with standard FAQs like when is the next sales launches, how can they submit a loan application, where they can open their utilities account, guide applicants how they can access client\'s InfoWEB, advise them how to upload their supporting documents.
5. Perform simple troubleshooting of devices such as Q-Kiosk, replacement of Q-tickets roll.
6. Perform simple troubleshooting of devices such as Q-Kiosk.
7. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
