Job Description

Location: 8 Sentosa Gateway, 098269 Pay: Minimum take home $12/hour Shift Details:
- 0930hrs to 1900hrs (8.5hrs exclusive 1hr meal break)
- 1130hrs to 2100hrs (8.5hrs exclusive 1hr meal break)
- 1200hrs to 1700hrs (5hrs no meal break) Attire: Uniform will be provided except for covered shoes. On-the-job training is a necessity, with the same hourly rate. Applicants will be allowed to start working after they have cleared the training. :

• Facilitation of ticket purchase and collection.
• Verification of entry tickets and answering of any queries posed by guests.
• Facilitate smooth daily operations of attractions through roles such as:
• Directing guests to various attractions and informing guests of waiting times.
• Verify that guests are eligible to board attractions with pre-requisites (e.g. height requirement).
• Assist in ensuring that all rides are operating as per the safety requirements.
• Ensure that guests mount and dismount the attractions safely.

Job Requirements:

• Outgoing personality is preferred.
• Proficiency in conversational English; conversational proficiency in a second language is a bonus.
• Able to work outdoors (depending on rotation and availability), with long hours of standing and walking.
• Able to work shifts, and on weekends and public holidays.
• Maintain a consistent high level of operational and service standards across the attractions.
• Able to work well in a team.
• Strong observational skills to proactively identify guest needs and monitor safety guidelines.
• Attentive and keen eye for surroundings to identify safety risk situations.
