Job Description
Position: Technical Coordinator (Audio/Video)
Location: Mapletree Business City II, Singapore. Our client is looking for a Technical Coordinator on As-Needed Basis to assist with on-site meetings & events. We need a Freelancer that can support this as-needed basis model. Events will be scheduled 1 week in advance, around 6 to 8 events - during business hours. The resource should have experience assisting with Audio & Video equipment & working in a large enterprise company setting.
- Small event support can be up to 30 mins to 1 hours.
- Medium events are 0.5 Days to 1 Full day event.
- Big event support (like CEO visit) can up to be days 2~3 days.
- Audio & Video equipment support: 3 years (Preferred)
