Audio Visual CAD Drafter with 3D Modeling ExperienceWorking days: Monday - Friday
Working hours: 9am - 6pm
Location: Kallang Bahru (Near Bendemeer MRT)*Job Overview:*We are seeking a skilled Audio Visual CAD Drafter with expertise in 3D modeling to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting and design, particularly in audio visual systems for various applications such as conference rooms, auditoriums, and entertainment venues. The role will involve creating detailed CAD drawings and 3D models to support the design and installation of audio visual systems.*Responsibilities:*1. *CAD Drafting:*- Develop detailed CAD drawings for audio visual system layouts, including equipment placement, wiring diagrams, and infrastructure requirements.- Collaborate with engineers and designers to translate conceptual designs into technical drawings.- Ensure accuracy and adherence to industry standards and project specifications.- Revise drawings as needed based on feedback and project requirements.2. *3D Modeling:*- Create realistic 3D models of audio visual systems using specialized software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).- Incorporate components such as projectors, screens, speakers, control panels, and furniture into 3D models.- Generate rendered images and visualizations to communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.- Optimize 3D models for efficiency and compatibility with design software and hardware.3. *Documentation and Coordination:*- Prepare documentation packages including drawings, specifications, and material lists for project bidding and implementation.- Coordinate with project managers, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure alignment of design intent and construction requirements.- Review shop drawings and submittals from suppliers to verify compliance with design specifications.- Assist in on-site inspections and provide support during installation and commissioning phases.4. *Continuous Improvement:*- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to audio visual systems and CAD drafting.- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and enhance the quality of deliverables.- Participate in training programs and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.*Qualifications:*- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.- Proven experience as a CAD Drafter in the audio visual or related industry.- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and 3D modeling tools (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max).- Strong understanding of audio visual equipment, systems integration, and technical specifications.- Certification in CAD drafting or related areas is a plus.If you are interested to apply, kindly submit your updated resume in DOC/PDF file and allow our Consultant to match you with our Clients.Appreciate if you can include details below in the resume:
