He / she will collaborate with event planners, conduct pre-event checks, and ensure smooth operation during events.Our Expectations:

• Set up and test audiovisual equipment for events, including sound systems, microphones, projectors, and screens.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of AV equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Collaborate with event planners to understand AV requirements and provide technical support.
• Execute timely and efficient setup, operation, and breakdown of AV equipment during events.
• Conduct pre-event checks to ensure all AV equipment is in working order.
• Monitor audiovisual elements during events to address any technical issues promptly.
• Work closely with internal departments, including event management and IT, to coordinate AV requirements.
• Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for additional AV support as needed.

Talent ProfileWe seek an experienced AV Technician with at least 1 to 2 years of proven track record in audio visual in hospitality or events industry. You should be proficient in operating and troubleshooting audio visual equipment, possess knowledge of multi-faceted AV setups, including sound systems, lighting, and projection.
