• Audio Visual | AV Technician x 2 Headcount
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Salary: $2,800 - $3,250 + Bonus

Summary:

• We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans.
• This role will provide onsite / on call assistance to end-users within the organization\'s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

Job Responsibilities * This individual will be the focal person for the UC project rollout which includes Microsoft Teams-enabled devices, video conferencing, SBC, and Digital Signage technology.

• Partnering with the local business, global UC, and GIS team and will be heavily involved with identifying, prioritizing, developing, implementing, and managing technology services and digital workspace solutions across regions.
• Lead / coordinate new voice & video infrastructure and applications deployment.
• Ability to lead teams on project implementation is required.
• Excellent knowledge of cloud VolP and video conferencing technologies and products such as Microsoft Teams, Logitech MTR solutions, Poly Teams phone, and AudioCodes SBC
• Experience deploying and supporting video streaming infrastructure and CDN solutions.
• Experience deploying and supporting digital signage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Evaluate new technologies and platforms to determine whether their applicability aligns with the business needs,

Requirements: * Minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting Microsoft Skype and Teams.

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience including workplace / end-user service design and management, commercial digital workplace application (web-based collaboration tools), and equipment.
• Microsoft-certified IP phone deployment and management (Polycom Trio, CCX, AudioCodes, etc.)
• Microsoft Skype / Teams certification is desirable.
