Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Planning and scheduling the audits to be conducted on a periodic basis in consultation with the Audit Manager and organizing Team Meetings/Review Meetings.
• Verification of compliance with statutory requirements relating to CPF, ESI, Service Tax, Excise, TDS, Profession Tax and other applicable laws.
• Computation of GST liability in accordance with applicable provisions.
• Preparation anbd Filing of monthly GST returns.
• Computation of Excise / Service Tax liability in accordance with applicable Provisions and Preparation and Filling of Annually /Monthly / Half yearly returns.
• Hands on Direct & Indirect Taxation experience is a must.
• Follow up with customers on Payment & receivables status
• Generate invoices & reconciliation of monthly receivables
• Manage payables including part time workers payables & miscellaneous payments
• Perform daily accounting duties & Other administration duties.
• Input and maintain accounting record/data into excel worksheet and accounting software accurately and timely (weekly, Monthly/Half Yearly/Yearly)
• Manage invoice payments and claim reimbursements to staffs
• Basic stock control & reports
• Assist in month-end closing
• Maintain proper documentation and filing
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor or Management

• Full specification of internal and external auditing with chartered accounts experience.
• Engineering (ACMV) Background with Audit & Account management is an advantage.
• Full set of Accounts
• Relevant Accounting in any software / knowledge / experience is a must.
