What You'll Do

As an

Audit Assistant Manager

, you will play a key role in managing audit engagements from start to finish, ensuring quality and compliance while developing your leadership and business development capabilities.

Manage end-to-end audit engagements including planning, execution, and finalisation. Lead the client acceptance process and ensure full compliance with auditing standards. Monitor timelines and budgets to ensure efficient and high-quality audit delivery. Review and provide technical guidance to ensure audit work meets professional requirements. Supervise and coach audit teams to maintain consistency and performance. Cultivate long-term client relationships with a consultative and solutions-driven approach. Identify new business opportunities to support the firm's growth. Drive continuous improvement in audit methodology, processes, and tools. Contribute to internal training, mentorship, and capability-building initiatives. Support recruitment and resource planning efforts across the audit function.

Who We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Accounting or related field Minimum 3 years of relevant audit experience in a supervisory role Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must to liaise and conduct audits with clients in their native language Proactive, detail-oriented, strong communicator, and passionate about developing people and processes
