Job Description
:
- Responsible for organizing and managing internal audits according to audit plans.
- Overseeing the process of audits and ensure proper documentation standard are met.
- Handle a portfolio of audit clients to determine audit findings and address their technical enquiries.
- Lead and supervise a team of independent audits in executing and managing audit assignments.
- Review of audit schedule, audit reports and compile them for management review.
- Conduct timely performance reviews and provide performance feedback/on-the-job training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- A Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Related education qualification recognized by ISCA
- Proven experience in auditing and a managerial or supervisory post
- Strong Tax knowledge and background will be an advantage
- Highly analytical and result oriented
