The Embassy of France in Singapore is recruiting an Authority Driver to ensure professional and official travel for the Ambassador and other members of the diplomatic mission.

Main missions

Ensure the safe, punctual, and discreet transportation of diplomats Plan itineraries taking into account traffic constraints in Singapore Ensure daily maintenance and general good condition of the vehicle (cleaning, servicing, fuel, technical inspections) Strictly adhere to confidentiality and courtesy rule. Provide logistical support during events or official missions

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent knowledge of Singapore, its roads, and its security protocols Neat presentation, service-oriented, punctuality, and discretion At least 1 year of work experience in related field is an asset but not mandatory Valid Singapore Driving Licence for a minimum of 5 years Fluency in English is required; basic knowledge of French is an asset but not mandatory

Position to be filled on 1st January 2026

ONE-YEAR FIXED-TERM CONTRACT UNDER SINGAPORE LAW

with probation period

the SPF COC (Singapore Police Force, Certificate of Clearance) A certificate of fitness (general health and sight) The Demerit Points Status of the Singapore Driving Licence
