Job descriptionResponsible for the preparation of architectural designs and drawings using AutoCAD and REVIT, and ensuring that design drawings conform to specifications provided. The role will create and coordinate Building Information Models for large multi-family project design and construction, using knowledge of construction process and applicable building codes .Job Qualifications and Requirements:An Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.With at least 1-2 years experience in the same field. A passion for doing high quality work. The ability to think critically, innovate, and solve challenging technical problems. High attention to detail. Effective time management and logical decision-making ability. Being able to self-start and self-motivate when there is no one available to provide instruction. Strong work ethic, and the ability to handle peak work times. Willingness to travel if necessary. Mental and emotional fitness. Proficient in Oral and Written English and Filipino Language. Goal / Result oriented. Can work under pressure. Can work multi-tasking. Can work under minimum supervision. Excellent in oral and written communication.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From Php15,000.00 per monthBenefits:
