Looking for Automation Engineer for biologics plant, the candidate is responsible to support automation project related to DCS (Distributed Control System) upgrade, PLC/SCADA and OSI PI. In this role, the engineer has to work in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures to ensure implementation of projects are in accordance with quality requirements and regulations. Responsibilities: 1. Manage automation projects (Delta V, PLC/SCADA and OSI PI) in accordance with policies and procedures. 2. Support existing day-to-day production changes 3. Perform troubleshooting for DeltaV system, and provide technical support. 4. Manage system installation, configuration, testing and commissioning 5. Manage Computer System Validation Lifecycle from design to execution phases; Include drafting of requirements, protocols and also execution. 6. Write execution related deviations and change requests. About You: 1) Bachelor Degree in IT, Engineering or Industrial Instrumentation and Process controls. 2) Familiarity in DeltaV and/or Rockwell systems (AB PLC, PlantPax, FactoryTalk etc) is highly preferred. 3) 4-8 years' experiences in automation/ CSV preferably in biotech facility 4) Knowledge of validation lifecycle, compliance requirements (GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11 and regulatory requirements), and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) 5) Familiar with Health Authorities standards (e.g. FDA CFR and EU) 6) Must be team player, curious with strong analytical and organizational skills 1-year contract first, renewal subject to performance and business needs.
