Job Description


$6500 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: EastResponsibilities

  • Installation the BMS Application and configure the entire BMS Network including Servers, Workstations, Controllers, IO Modules etc.
  • Development of Control Programs and development of graphics design for Building Automation projects
  • Installation & Configuration of the Network Switches & Routers at DDC level
  • Create and maintain BMS documentation including IO List, Panel Drawings, Functional design (FDS) and Software Test Documents (SAT, FAT etc)\xe2\x80\xa2 Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software/hardware issues on installed Building Automation Systems
  • Diagnose communication problem with control devices and other components.
  • Perform software preventative maintenance on installed Building Automation and Energy Management Systems.
  • Develop and enforce software standards and processes.
  • Conform to project site safety and housekeeping requirements.
Requirements
  • Degree/master\'s degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in software applications including but not limited Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
