Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Automation Engineer to join their Engineer team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the North ' easily accessible. The responsibles are: Responsible in understanding factory automation technology and equipment such as robots, VMware and server/ workstation and Fix32 database and graphics design/MES/ DCS/SCADA/PLC as well as label applicator and ABB robotic palletizer machine. Responsible in designing, modifying, implementing and testing automated machines, programs, jig and fixture to required job specification in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Responsible in coordinating and handling follow-up activities with external & internal parties concerning technical developments, scheduling and resolution of engineering design and test problems. Responsible in setting up new machines, transferring of equipment at different plants and integration to existing system. Responsible in supervising installation crews and support the field installation work. Responsible in project managing on cost, quality, scope and schedule to ensure timely delivery of project and keep cost within budget. Understood Standard Operating Procedures, Good Engineering Practice, GMP to carry out maintenance activities to high quality standards. Any ad-hoc duty as assigned Requirement At least 3 years of experience in process and automation related industry.
