Job Title: Automation Engineer (DeltaV) Project coordination and Operational support
Location: Singapore

Overview:
We are seeking an Automation Engineer with hands-on DeltaV experience and strong project coordination and operational support capabilities. The role will focus on supporting manufacturing operations, managing system changes, and coordinating small automation projects in a GMP-regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day operational support for DeltaV systems in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setup.
• Coordinate with process, QA, and IT/OT teams to ensure automation systems operate reliably and compliantly.
• Support change control activities, system troubleshooting, and incident investigations.
• Assist in planning and executing automation-related projects upgrades, recipe changes, batch configuration, and validation.
• Work closely with project managers and site leads to track deliverables, schedules, and documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date records for automation configurations and ensure compliance with cGMP, 21 CFR Part 11, and site standards.
• Participate in audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, or Chemical).
• 7+ years of experience in Automation Systems, with solid knowledge of Emerson DeltaV configuration and troubleshooting.
• Exposure to GMP manufacturing and automation system lifecycle (design, configuration, testing, commissioning, and operation).
• Basic project management skills scheduling, tracking progress, managing deliverables, and stakeholder coordination.
• Familiarity with MES, historian systems, and data interfaces (ERP, PLC, PI, etc.) is advantageous.
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
