Job Description

1. Design and application of all Mechanical Building Services BEMS control systems across the full spectrum of building services.

2. Verification of functional design specifications and points schedules.

3. Work closely with various MEP teams.

4. Assist project management with scheduling, scope development, and proposal development

5. Assist in verification of BMS network schematics, BMS plant schematics including field device locations. BMS points lists and schedules. BMS sequence of operation descriptions for performance and functional design specifications. BMS materials and workmanship specifications. Site surveys, inspections and monitor site works.

6. Carry out on-site inspections of BMS installations and witnessing of BMS control functionality testing.

7. Provide advice on appropriate control strategies for building services systems and application of the latest Building Energy Management technologies.

8. Develop in-house technical standards, details and specifications.

9. Meet with Various stakeholders to update the progress of work on a regular basis.

10. Manage own workload.

Requirements

1. Applicable degree

2. 2-3 years BMS controls development experience

3. Experience with Pharmaceuticals control systems will be an added advantage

4. AutoCAD and/or Revit experience

5. Ability to listen to client needs, engage with design team members, and drive project beyond expectations .
