Automation Engineer

Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct automation testing across various technologies and product sets. Design and build automation test frameworks. Work on both front-end and back-end testing. Verify and track bugs, as well as fix them. Prepare, design, execute, and report on tests. Manage defects using tools like Jira. Collaborate with the Delivery Team to understand requirements and technical solutions. Work closely with manual testers, developers, and subject matter experts to comprehend the business domain and system functionality.
Qualifications:
A relevant degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. Certifications: Consider certifications like ISTQB, ISEB, CSTE, CSQA, CTFL, BBST, AWS, QA, INS, or MCSD. Skills: Proficiency in Selenium, SQL, TDD, BDD, Java, Jenkins, Agile methodologies, and test estimation techniques. * Experience: At least 3 years of software testing experience, including functional testing of transactional business applications and Python for test automation.
