:Our client is a top player in the industry, driving innovation and shaping the future of electronic components.Role & Responsibilities:

• Integrate vision systems into automated processes, including motion control based on model data.
• Collaborate with a diverse team to gather and validate system requirements.
• Develop automated inspection and guidance solutions using vision and other sensing technologies.
• Implement solutions hands-on and provide mentoring support.
• Generate innovative technical concepts, ensuring project delivery within budget and schedule.
• Stay updated on new vision, automation, and sensing technologies.
• Create detailed design specifications and provide integration support internally and on-site.
• Assist in creating test plans and documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Computer Science with at least three years of relevant experience.
• Experience with vision system databases.
• Knowledge of selecting cameras, lights, and lenses for various applications, from defect detection to part location.
• Programming proficiency in languages like Visual C#, WPF, C++, and Python.
• Experience developing vision systems using Halcon and Opteon cameras.
• Strong understanding of machine vision programming.
• Proficiency in automation controls, including PLCs, CTC, Beckhoff PC and controllers, servo and stepper motors.
• Familiarity with wiring/cabling specifications and industrial machinery design.
• Ability to utilize statistical analysis effectively.
