Desktop Automation: Develop and implement desktop automation solutions to streamline manual processes.
VBA Scripts: Create VBA scripts to automate tasks in Excel, Word, and Access.
Workflow Improvements: Collaborate with team members to identify areas for workflow improvements.
Documentation: Maintain documentation of automation solutions and processes.
Job Requirements:
Proficiency in technology and data skills, including expertise in generative AI tools, bots, Copilot, and data visualization
Proficient in VBA programming, with hands-on experience in automating tasks across Excel, Word, and Access, including creating macros, managing UserForms, and debugging code for performance optimization.
Skilled in database and data manipulation, including Access database management (table relationships and reporting) and writing SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
Knowledge of Python is a plus but not necessary.
Capable of developing automation scripts to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
