Responsibilities:

  • Working with process, business and product owners to migrate their SAP, to design develop and test the automation workflows through deployment of bots, logging tools, dashboards, etc.
  • Administer RPA training framework for new RPA users within the company.
  • Organize and support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions locally and internationally.
  • Support the Operation of RPA solutions, SAP scripts.
  • Assist business and process owners in the construction of business cases and opportunity identification to collect and perform business analysis of RPA scripting.
  • Working as part of WW Scrum DTP team and provide support RPA and digital tool operation within APAC time-zone to end users and stakeholders.
  • Support the project manager and/or product owner in managing timeline, deliverables, budget, quality of the solutions.
  • Seek best practices, and continuous improvement within and outside of the Process & Tools department.
  • Provide data and status reports linked to the development and implementation (run) of the solutions.
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
  • Experienced in software development and support
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in RPA development or UiPath Certification will be an added advantage
  • Experience in process and business analysis, design and implementation; management of UAT and bug fixes will be a plus

  • Working Location: Changi
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
  • Company shuttle bus is provided at designated MRT stations
