• Working Location: Jurong West (Transportation provided at Woodlands and West Singapore)
• Working Hours: 4 days (Monday to Thursday, Rotating Shift)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, operation, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair activities of factory and office machinery and equipment, with an emphasis on automation machinery and robotic systems.
• Support Principal Automation Engineer/Automation Engineer in providing technical support in computerized automation/robotic systems.
• Perform machinery and equipment installation, setup, servicing, maintenance and repair job (both corrective and preventive), and ensure automation/robotic systems remain in a validated and functional state at all times, including setting up or calibration check.
• Ensure that automation equipment is well maintained and in good working condition to support production or engineering runs with minimum downtime.
• Ensure timely diagnosis, troubleshooting and resolution of identified automation/robotic system issues (both hardware and software).
• Perform routine checks to monitor equipment operating parameters and prompt updating of the monitoring system to ensure operations are within control specifications, including setting up or calibration checks.
• Prepare trouble reports and be involved in work improvement projects.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by superior and/or management.

• NTC 3/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in process control/automation/robotic system solutions in a manufacturing or related field.
• Understanding of electrical/mechanical/pneumatic schematics.
• Basic knowledge of PLC, HMI, and control systems.
