Job Responsibilities
Assist walk-in and online customers with inquiries on automotive parts
Provide product recommendation and technical explanation when necessary
Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
Handle sales transactions using POS system accurately
Coordinate with logistics team for order fulfillment (online & in-store)
Attend to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
Arrange installation appointments based on customer requirements
Provide post-installation guidance and after-sales support to customers
Requirements
At least 1 year of sales experience (retail / electronics / automotive parts preferred, but not compulsory)
