What You'll Be Doing
As a Technical Trainee, you will undergo structured On-the-Job Training (OJT) and academic learning under the ITE Work-Study Diploma programme, with the objective of becoming a Certified Service Technician for BMW vehicles or motorcycles. The trainee will gain hands-on experience in diagnostics, repair, and maintenance while adhering to BMW standards and company policies.

• Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and repair of BMW vehicles under supervision.
• Assist in diagnostic using BMW-approved diagnostic tools and application.
• Gain exposure to the latest BMW High Voltage Systems (BEV/PHEV) and related product or technical information.
• Assist the Certified High Voltage Technicians in maintenance and repair work on electric vehicles.
• Document and complete assigned projects and task in the trainee logbook.
• Comply with all workshop safety protocols and BMW service standards.
• Ensure proper documentation of work performed in accordance with ITE and company requirements.
• Attend scheduled classroom session and internal training programs.
• Obtain a valid Class 3A/3 driving license prior to programme completion.
• Participate in bi-weekly reviews and 6-months progress evaluations.
• Support Aftersales service clinics and events as part of the holistic training and customer interaction exposure.
• Assist in daily workshop operation as a DSE (Digital Service Expert), utilising BMW's latest digital tool, RITA (Remote Integrated Services Technical Application), for diagnostics, reporting, and remote troubleshooting.
