Job Description

Drive open innovation initiatives by partnering with startups, scaleups, and ecosystem players to pilot and scale breakthrough mobility and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Translate strategic goals into innovation roadmaps and focus areas.
Source, evaluate, and onboard startups and partners for pilots/POCs.
Manage the innovation funnel from ideation to deployment.
Organize open calls, hackathons, and engagement events.
Build an internal culture of innovation through showcases and learning sessions.
Ideal Requirement
6-10 years in innovation, R&D, product development, or startup collaboration.
Proven track record in open innovation programs or startup accelerators.
Strong network in Asia's innovation ecosystem.
Ability to assess technical and commercial viability of emerging tech.
Entrepreneurial mindset with agile/lean innovation experience.
Familiarity with mobility trends such as EVs, ADAS, AI, and sustainability.
Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia.
