Description Candidates that are keen to pursue a career as a Auxiliary Police Officer (APO) will undergo extensive in-house training conducted by in-house Corporate Institute. During the course of training, trainees from different walks of life will come together to learn what it takes to become an APO, build camaraderie and foster a team spirit that is critical to their daily work upon graduation. Trainees who have prior policing experience, such as former APOs or Singapore Police Force (SPF) officers, are also welcome to apply. Auxiliary Police Officers (APO) play an important role in maintaining law and order in Singapore. Primary duties include deterring and preventing unlawful activities, safeguarding persons and protecting properties from loss and damage. Secondary duties include crowd and traffic control, patrolling, access control or enforcement of security at events. Who are we looking for and Entry Requirements

• N Levels and above
• Singaporean
• Leadership attributes
• Proactive and sincere when engaging the community
• Must be able to think on your feet and remain calm in critical situations
• Able to perform shift work duties
• Applicants who are not able to do IPPT may consider applying for unarmed APO positions
