To provide assistance to students in the usage of their Personal Learning Device (Apple iPad), including duties such as:
a. managing students\xe2\x80\x99 and staff devices via Apple School Manager.b. assisting in monitoring students\xe2\x80\x99 iPad and manage associated settings on the Device Management Application.c. providing technical support to students\xe2\x80\x99, including logging service requests with the service provider.
To assist in media production for school events and/or external school activities, including duties such as:
a. photo-taking and video-taking using school-owned equipment.b. creating videos and photo-montages using iMovie, Photoshop or equivalent software.c. setting up and managing associated equipment for live-streaming or online broadcasts/meetings.
To plan for, prepare materials and conduct lessons for students on areas of media production and digital productivity such as:
a. basic skills in using a digital camera or equivalent equipment.b. videography processes and production stages (including filming, editingvideo footages, inserting subtitles and the use of a green screen and teleprompter).c. digital productivity skills in using Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets, Sites, Forms, Drive), Microsoft Office tools, Canva.d. other digital literacy skills as deemed appropriate by the school.
To work with the ICT Technical Team :
a. on the preparation and troubleshooting of ICT equipment in classrooms, computer labs, broadcasting room and other special rooms.b. assist in managing and tracking of school\xe2\x80\x99s ICT/AV equipment and resources (e.g. iPads, Macbooks, cameras, printers, microphones, etc.) with up-to-date documentation.
To assist in MOE initiated rollouts and projects.
Requirements:a. Diploma in Information Technology, Computing, Media Production or any other relevant certification.b. Minimum one year of working experience in managing ICT systems, equipment and media production. Experience in school-related environment is preferred.c. Competent and well-versed in one or more of the following:i. Managing iOS devices using Apple School Manager and Device Management Applications.ii. Photo-taking and videography using DSLRs and standalone camcorders.iii. Adobe Premier Pro and After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and/or other related image & video editing products.iv. Broadcasting software such as Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and other relevant video-conferencing platforms.d. Good interpersonal, communication and team player with a high level of initiative.e. Able to work independently on multiple projects at a time.f. MOE-registered coach/instructor and remain successfully registered throughout the Contract Period.Contract Period: From 4th November 2024 to 3 November 2025 (option to extend till 3 July 2026)Salary: TBALocation: WoodlandsWorking Arrangement:\xc2\xb7 Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 30 minutes lunch breakService not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
