Location : Boon Lay AvePosition : AV Production SpecialistContract Duration: (immediate) 1 YearWorking Hours: 8am to 5pm (8.5 hours / day or 42 hours / week); Monday to Friday except Public HolidayOffered Salary: $2,500 (negotiable)The primary job scope for Audio Visual Production Specialist is to support HOD/ICT and ICT Manager/Associate in handling Events Production.Specific jobs will include, but are not limited to:\xe2\x97\x8f Providing training and guide for AV use for students and teachers\xe2\x97\x8f Management and upkeep of schools AV assets\xe2\x97\x8f Maintaining and servicing AV equipment including calling vendor for servicing support\xe2\x97\x8f Assisting ICT Manager on AV assets and procurement documentation\xe2\x97\x8f Planning and exploring for AV needs in school\xe2\x97\x8f Suggesting procurement for AV needs\xe2\x97\x8f Setting up AV requirements and productions for school events and recording\xe2\x97\x8f Basic post-production of events recordings\xe2\x97\x8f Supporting AV operation for school events including live streaming\xe2\x97\x8f Assist ICT Manager in tracking and monitoring of ICT funding (AV expenditure)\xe2\x97\x8f Maintaining Classroom projectors and visualizers.\xe2\x97\x8f Assist ICT Manager to manage and facilitate recordings in recording studioRequirements:\xe2\x97\x8f Minimum educational qualifications: ITE, \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99, \xe2\x80\x98N\xe2\x80\x99 Level\xe2\x97\x8f Relevant experience in AV industry (end user, manufacturer, systems integrator) would be an added advantage.\xe2\x97\x8f Basic post production knowledge such as audio and video edits\xe2\x97\x8f Physically fit; able to lift heavy objects.\xe2\x97\x8f Able to work in a team environment.Client will also open to fresh graduates.
