Reporting & Accountability:
? Serve as the primary point of contact between CSC's & AV-IT
team.
? Proficient in AV (Audio-Visual) systems: microphones, mixers,
projectors, IDPs, digital signage, video conferencing (Polycom,
Logitech, Cisco).
? Skilled in IT systems: laptops, tablets, networks, connectivity
troubleshooting, and firmware/software patch management.
? Familiar with Zoom, MS Teams, and hybrid setup technologies.
? Supervise AV-IT setup, preventive maintenance, and incident
management.
? Approve equipment readiness for training, meetings, and events.
? Ensure proper documentation of inventory, software licenses, and
corrective actions.
? Conduct quality control checks and participate in annual audits.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $2,400.00 - $2,500.00 per month
