Job Description

Our company is an International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations (IS-BAO) accredited company, holds membership with both the NBAA & ASBAA and manages the flight operations of private aircraft worldwide.Role & Responsibilities: manage the provision and logistics for aircraft spare parts and tooling obtain and review quotations for the purchasing and provision of aircraft spare parts manage the shipping and distribution flow of aircraft spare parts worldwide coordinate the provision of aircraft spares under the various OEM parts programs assist the airworthiness and engineering departments for resource provision assist the finance department with parts and labour claims under the OEM programsRequirements:
- basic computer skills required including MS Excel
- self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised
- knowledge of logistics functions and critical deadline requirements
- preferably with at least 2+ years of relevant working experience in aviation
- Monday to Friday
- Aviation: 2 years (Preferred)
- logistical: 2 years (Required)
