Business Function

Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Account Opening Specialist on Digital Acquisition for SME Banking via Online Channel to ensure onboarding of customers are in accordance to regulatory requirement as well as Group AML/CFY policy and procedures.
  • To provide risk guidance for onboarding cases and performing checking of KYC cases.
  • To participate in ad-hoc projects/initiatives when there is business requirement.
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to manage and resolve customer issues and process flow.
  • Collaborate cross functions with product and platform partners to drive digital share.
  • Guide the team and support Active Cross Sell/Up Sell of bank\'s existing and new products that are introduced from time to time to strengthen our relationship with customers.
  • Deep understanding of customer journeys by developing personas and conducting task analysis and research, through scenarios.
  • Review and enhance the efficient and effectiveness of customer onboarding process.
  • Provide regular and ongoing coaching to improve overall AML/KYC quality of the team.
Requirements
  • University degree with 5-7 years of relevant working experience, preferably with experience in both onboarding and review of corporate and/or financial institution customers in the banking industry.
  • Experienced people manager, and strong team player with ability to foster trust and rapport with team members.
  • Strong communicator with good written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to present information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a good sense of business environment and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead team and willingness to challenge status quo to drive better outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate to stakeholders confidently.
