Job Description

Role Overview

This role is responsible for collaborating with business users to define system requirements, developing and implementing technology solutions, and supporting the day-to-day operations of banking applications.

Key Responsibilities

Engage a wide range of stakeholders including Bankers, Traders, Finance, Risk, Capital Markets, and Operations to gather and analyse business requirements. Manage the full solution lifecycle, including coding, unit testing, supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), and overseeing production implementation. Collaborate with external parties such as vendors and head offices to address project needs and resolve technical issues. Provide daily application support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution. Implement system enhancements and code changes, ensuring smooth and timely deployment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a recognised university. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IT business analysis within the banking or financial services sector, including those deployed via outsourcing arrangements. Proficiency in software development, particularly with strong coding skills. * Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese
