Job Description


A leading financial institution is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join their team. You will be the go-to person for all wealth management application issues at the first level for support and escalation.
Job Requirements:

  • Provide technical support for wealth management applications(such as Avaloq /Temenos) to internal users
  • Ensure application reliability by performing daily health checks on applications and processes
  • Maintain production environment availability and performance, such as ensuing monitoring on shifts
  • Liaise with users and stakeholders to ensure that any production issues are tracked, managed and resolved on time
  • Work with various technology teams such as development, infrastructure, and regional IT teams
  • Participate in projects to ensure improvements in production monitoring and application upgrades
Key Skills Required:
  • At least 5 years of experience in application support for wealth management products such as Avaloq/Temenos
  • Experience managing incident and problem management in a production support environment
  • Technical understanding of Java, Oracle, Linux/Unix technologies
  • An understanding in front office and back office workflows and equity or derivatives
  • A strong communicator, as this role is user-facing and requires frequent liaising with regional technology teams
  • Adaptable to work on shifts for this role
