(AVP) Business Manager - OSPL Futures, FX & CFDs - (220001J4)

Roles and Responsibilities: We are looking for a business manager to support the team in the following functions:

• Business Governance:
  • Manage business processes and make recommendations to keep them lean
  • Initiate and implement new procedures relating to new processes and system rollouts
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to document full end to end processes
  • Ensure that staff fulfil mandatory requirements
  • Manage Vendors/Exchanges and Brokers connectivity and coverage
  • Assist in firm-wide audit, regulatory and mandatory projects or requirements
• Business Management
  • Work with business heads to ensure that management oversight is in place
  • Support HOD and business heads in business planning and monitoring
  • Provide analytics and management information to monitor and support business growth and operational efficiency
• Business and Financial Reviews
  • Work with HOD and finance for the financial process, including yearly budgeting and actuals
  • Prepare presentations used in internal forums
• Change Management
  • Participate in systems and process enhancement initiatives
  • Coordinate with stakeholders from other departments to deliver business outcomes
• Handle other BAU and operational matters

Reporting to:

• Head, FFX & CFD Business Management

Qualifications

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in financial service experience in relevant areas such as controls, process improvement, project management, compliance etc.
• Familiar with asset classes such as FX, Futures, CFD
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Possess ability to work independently and in a team
• Good PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Ability to prioritize and work within tight timelines
• Meticulous and excellent attention to details
• Business initiatives will be numerous and evolving, candidate must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
