An attractive AVP - CIB Transaction Monitoring Investigator job has just become available at a reputable financial services firm based in Singapore. You will report to the CIB Transaction Monitoring Investigations Head.

About the AVP - CIB Transaction Monitoring Investigator Role:
In this role, your key responsibility will be to perform AML Transaction Monitoring and to resolve AML/CFT Investigations particularly within the corporate and investment banking business line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform AML monitoring of assigned businesses or jurisdictions
• Conduct QA testing and oversight on monitoring processes in Asia Pacific
• Coordinate and/or prepare the required management information reporting data for local, regional or global submission as applicable
• Review and analyse daily AML/CTF Cases to ensure that investigations are accomplished to address transactions that contravene the bank or regulatory policies
• Be involved in FCI-related technical and project work and user-acceptance tests
• Provide input on key initiatives and other ad hoc projects as needed

To succeed in this AVP - CIB Transaction Monitoring Investigator role, you must have at least five to seven years of experience with a background in Financial Investigation Unit or Financial Crime Investigations with a broad knowledge of AML.

Key Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in AML, KYC, investigation knowledge and skills
• Familiarity with diverse banking products across business lines and experience in working on AML monitoring and case management systems
• Meticulous, strong analytical skills with an investigative mindset
• CAMS, ICA certified
• Previous law enforcement experience is an asset
