Job Description
Some of the Key responsibilities for this role will include: -
- Oversee the company's regional compliance programme
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of the regulatory requirements (Including FCC and KYC) and ensuring any developments and changes are incorporated into procedures and practices as appropriate
- Liaise with the MAS, maintaining an effective relationship with the regulator and managing all regulatory inquiries and reviews, including reporting and notification matters
- Conduct compliance monitoring includes Personal Account Dealings, Gifts & Entertainments, and Conflicts of Interests
- Collaborate with internal/external
- Training of employees on regulations, company policies and industry practices
- 5 years of compliance experience in CMS Licensed Organization, either with another fund manager or MAS
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building abilities
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Good experience in stakeholder management
