Description

The DBS Chief Investment Office (CIO) is seeking a Copywriter / Content Manager to join our team of investment strategists and content managers. The ideal candidate will be a storyteller who understands market needs, and is able to translate key investment strategies and product features into collateral with compelling messaging and value proposition.

The role will require researching on key market trends to create thought leadership collateral, driving client engagement across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Copywriting: Craft the language of DBS CIO Office\xe2\x80\x99s content into client-facing collateral such as pitchbooks, brochures, videos, infographics, podcasts with impactful messaging. Strong value propositions to be conveyed to improve quality of content and client engagement
• Research: Deep dive into key market trends, be familiarised with the competitor landscape to position DBS CIO Office as a thought leader among private banks
• Content Strategy: Create the messaging framework to ensure content copy is aligned with DBS CIO Office\xe2\x80\x99s brand and voice
• Content Management: Assist the team in all other content management related responsibilities

• Bachelor degree in English, Literature, Communications, Business or other relevant disciplines
• Minimum 8 years working experience, with excellent writing, editing, proofreading skills and experience in creating, adapting, and unifying content
• Ability to understand and translate complex concepts into clear, concise, impactful communications
• Creative problem solver with keen attention to detail and quality
• Strong MS Office Skills

• Experience of using customer data/insights to inform distribution strategy
• Working knowledge of search engine optimisation, Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics, as well as graphic creation software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and HTML
