Job Purpose
This role is responsible to lead and drive on-site engagement, web related conversion and assist in driving visibility and conversions for all of Great Eastern\xe2\x80\x99s owned digital solutions, while working closely with Digital Analyst and Digital Marketing teams to plan and execute optimization strategies in line with the business goals
The Job
\xc2\xb7 Using web analytics data, generate actionable insights to influence business decisions of various stakeholders (digital ad channel owners, campaign owners, product owners, UI/UX, etc) for improvement in the website journey for content discoverability.
\xc2\xb7 Analyze customer behavior through website activity to map gaps and weak spots within the website to relay to key information to campaign owners, page authors, UX/CX teams
\xc2\xb7 Locate user\xe2\x80\x99s area of interest to input product education and clear messaging to increase on-site engagement
\xc2\xb7 Create and test user journey and experiences across the site to reduce drop-offs and increase engagement and conversion
\xc2\xb7 Own the vision, short/long term strategy and roadmap for site navigation and landing pag\xe2\x80\x99 enhancements; Responsible to improve the journey towards conversion (leads/sales) while ensuring alignment to brand, product design guidelines and Personalization/Testing timeline
\xc2\xb7 Execution of A/B testing and targeted/personalized campaign initiatives for web, email and apps in line with the Digital Marketing Strategy BAU (non-campaign) optimization by identifying trends, customer insights to discover opportunities on areas to test and set up A/B testing process for BAU pages
\xc2\xb7 Manage the compilation and dissemination of regular (e.g. monthly, quarterly, etc.) reports on websites usage and analytics, providing and communicate opportunities for optimization across web and mobile apps
\xc2\xb7 Own quarterly competitive UX and UI review through competitive research, customer research and propose solutions to improve
\xc2\xb7 Own quarterly review of website to ensure pages are in line with the best practices set to drive engagement and conversion
\xc2\xb7 Measure effectiveness of campaigns and analyze data for improvement in customer journey and experiences on-site
\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with Brand to obtain and study NPS data to provide improvement and enhancement recommendations for the website
\xc2\xb7 Support page activation and deployment for the region, ensuring pages activated are in line with brand/digital guidelines, content guidelines, SEO requirements and general best practices \xe2\x80\x93 minimizing the requirement to re-visit or implement fixes on live pages
\xc2\xb7 Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
\xc2\xb7 Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
\xc2\xb7 Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

Desired Skills and Experience
\xc2\xb7 Experience in stakeholder management and working with cross-function marketing teams, to plan and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels for performance driven brands
\xc2\xb7 Solid knowledge of solutions within Adobe Enterprise Manager (AEM), website management tools and Google Marketing Platform.
\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical and data-driven thinking, able to put consumer at the center of our decisions.
\xc2\xb7 Up-to-date with latest digital trends and measurements
\xc2\xb7 Self-starter and have the ability to take ownership for key programs with minimal supervision
\xc2\xb7 Project management skills, with proven track record to deliver against deadlines
\xc2\xb7 Ability to navigate through organization structures
\xc2\xb7 Strong written and presentation skills with ability to influence both upwards and downwards
Our Requirements
\xc2\xb7 BA Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, preferably in communications, advertising, marketing or related field
\xc2\xb7 8+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, with at least 4 years of website management
\xc2\xb7 Expertise in digital marketing strategy, customer experience and web analytics
\xc2\xb7 Experience in leading personalisation, audience targeting and A/B testing strategy
\xc2\xb7 Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 360, Google Optimise 360 and Qualtrics
\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of statistical testing methodology
\xc2\xb7 Ability to develop and execute campaign personalization / testing using Adobe Target/Google Optimize
\xc2\xb7 Deep understanding of A/B testing, audience segmentation and content targeting
\xc2\xb7 Experience providing actionable analytics and proposing optimization tactics
\xc2\xb7 Understanding of direct marketing and personalization
\xc2\xb7 Campaign analysis experience
\xc2\xb7 have a deep understanding of consumer behaviour and generating consumer insights through data analysis
\xc2\xb7 creative thinker, adept at solving complex problems and able to think outside of the box with web designers, developers and engineers
\xc2\xb7 Basic understanding of digital marketing (ex: Facebook, AdWords, etc.), or a demonstrated ability to learn very quickly
\xc2\xb7 High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
