AVP, Credit Portfolio Management - Retail Lending

Our client is a leading financial institution committed to providing innovative financial solutions. Currently, they are seeking a highly motivated AVP, Credit Portfolio Management professional to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities

As a Credit Risk Manager, you will be responsible for formulating and maintaining the credit risk management framework to ensure that the SME & Retail loan portfolios align with the bank\'s risk appetite and comply with regulations. You will develop and manage credit policies, collaborate on new business launches, conduct portfolio monitoring and analysis, and participate in credit portfolio stress testing and relief program implementation as necessary.

Requirements

You should have a minimum Bachelor\'s degree with 5-8 years of working experience in a Business or Retail Banking role, preferably in a credit risk policy, analytics, or portfolio management capacity. You are farmilar with portfolio monitoring techniques & tools and knowledge of credit risk/collections scorecards are desired.Strong analytical mindset, good communication and presentation skills, and a meticulous and self-driven approach to producing results.
