About the Department

The Credit and Risk Management function is comprised of three teams: Risk Management, Credit and Special Asset Management. We manage the risks arising from the Group’s business activities within the risk appetite established by the Board. This involves identifying and evaluating the risks, developing effective risk governance and strategies as well as providing independent assessment of the overall risk profile.

Job Responsibilities

• Provides support to the Country BB Credit Centre Head.

• Supports the Country BB Credit Centre Head on process improvements, system enhancements/ implementation, operational issues, management actions and other ad-hoc projects (as required).

• Supports the Country BB Credit Centre Head to oversee and handle matters related to credit policies, guidelines and lending programs.

• Handles BB portfolio MIS matters such as delinquency trends, NPLs, deviation tracking, application volume etc.

• Functions as the primary contact point for Group BB Credit for the aforementioned area.

Job Requirements

• Degree Holder in related discipline.

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in banking industry.

• Meticulous and has good business acumen.
