About the Department

Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide operational support in terms of custody account maintenance, in facilitation of Business initiative
• Lead and coordinate to ensure team works within committed timelines
• Front stakeholders and track deliverable progress
• Scope includes, but not limited to:

• Securities Account opening
• Securities Account closure
• Cash Account tagging
• Sub-custodian Account maintenance and tagging
• Management duties
• Review and drive process changes
• Other adhoc duties

Job Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of experience in banking or financial institution, preferably in accounting opening or lead role
• Effective communication and proven track record in managing stakeholders
• Effective coordination and multi-task capability
• Self-driven leader with ability to influence and bring forth change
• Working knowledge of MS office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
