Responsibilities

• Drive Cognitive Banking initiatives through business performance monitoring and automation of Control Towers/Alerts
• Utilise Data Driven Operating Model (DDOM) to maximise value from data and drive business management and shared goals with Consumer Banking Partners
• Translate Business needs into data and technical requirements for analytical and visualization design and solutioning
• Perform data discovery and data analysis to support data product/solutions development
• Support Business to uncover insights through deep dive analysis and presenting recommendations via storytelling and visualization to non-analytics audience
• Deepening analytics insights, drive rapid experimentations and interpretation of results to enable learnings and quick evolution of business strategies

Requirements

• At least 7 years of business analytics / data analytics working experience
• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics or Computer Science is preferred
• Proficient in usage of SAS, SQL, Python and other advanced analytical languages/tools
• Working knowledge of data visualisation tools, e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Qlikview
• Team player with ability to work independently around tight deadlines and able to prioritise and multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Self-driven, passionate with a strong desire to learn to develop professionally
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and critical thinking and problem-solving skills to lead problem formulation, analytic approach and solution design
