AVP, Digital & Performance Marketing - Fast-Growing Fintech
Due to regional growth, our client, a fast-growing fintech firm with excellent parentage is looking for a Digital & Performance Marketing AVP to join the regional marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a pioneer team of marketers working closely with the senior management team.

Responsibilities
In partnership with the product, sales, and local marketing teams, you will be responsible for the business\' digital and performance marketing initiatives end-to-end: from defining commercial objectives with business stakeholders, crafting strategies, deployment campaigns, and looking at measurements and optimizations. You will have the opportunity and freedom to be creative while working closely with the business to keep an eye on commercial objectives and KPIs.

Requirements
You have a bachelor\'s degree or higher in relevant marketing or business programs, and a minimum of 7-10 years of digital and or performance marketing experience ideally in fast-moving environments within financial services, tech, and or agency spaces. As part of the pioneer team, you are comfortable with fluidity and defining processes, and have a proven track record from providing strategic advisory to hands-on deployment as the need calls for it. You have a strong ability with stakeholder management. Regional work experience is a major plus.
