PSA SG/PSAM Technology Roadmap & RIE Partnership (MOT, MPA, SMI, S&TPPO, AStar, IHLs) to optimise SG Gov, PSA SG and PSA Grp capabilities & resources for R&D and solutions implementation.


Deployment & proliferation of selected Tech Projects (from PSA SG across PSA BUs)

Subject Matter Expert in Embodied AI, port technology - AI Council and AI Transformation Team

Global IP Management and Translation for scalable solutions across PSA global portfolio

Global Innovation Programme/ KHPIA Lead under PSA Ventures

Technology & Start-up scanning for PSA Ventures investments



Requirements:



A Degree/ Masters in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent relevant to embodied AI is preferred.

2-3 years' experience in technology development and in embodied AI related domains and at least 10 years in a leadership position in technology transformation/implementation projects.

Demonstrates a keen sense of business acumen with strong analytical and visionary thinking skills.

Resourceful with a self-starter mindset; strong ability to develop and execute ideas and initiatives.

Ability to align innovation initiatives with business goals and have knowledge on venture capital models and co-development partnerships.

Ability to assess technological fit and innovation potential.

Strong stakeholder management.

Experience in leading and collaborating with multi-agencies teams.
