About the Department

Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities

• Subject Matter Expert for Cisco Unified Communication Manager and/or NICE Engage Recording related, define the standard and methodology.
• Build, deploy and upgrade Cisco Infrastructure and/or NICE Engage ensuring the high availability of call recording.
• Manage technical projects (build, plan, document, train) pertaining to Cisco Unified Communication Manager and/or NICE Engage Recording related systems.
• Provide Level 3 support for incidents for Cisco CUCM and/or NICE Engage.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in telecommunications.
• 8 years\' experience & min 5 years technical, hands on experience on Cisco Unified Communication Manager and/or NICE Engage administration, configuration, and preferably planning, migration and upgrade.
• Preferred experience of Cisco CUCM, UCCX and Expressway.
• Relevant experience in active voice recording using NICE Engage in Cisco CUCM.
• Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently with prioritization.
• Ability to work effectively with vendor and business users effectively.
• Ability to work independently with strong sense of ownership and commitment.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Must be able to work after office hours maintenance windows when necessary.
• Good knowledge and experience in Windows and Linux.
• Good verbal and written skills.
