Manage and maintain the schedules of General Managers and senior staff, including meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and events.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost integrity and discretion.
Support the executive team with personal tasks and ad hoc requests as needed.
Communication & Coordination
Coordinate internal and external communications, including managing emails, phone calls, meeting agendas, and follow-ups.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and timely information flow.
Administrative Operations
Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems.
Manage expense-related tasks for senior staff, including documentation and submission of reports.
Prepare and disseminate internal communications, forms, and other administrative documents.
Support the preparation and timely completion of regular reports and business updates.
Manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Job Requirements
Diploma or equivalent
4-6 years proven experience as an executive assistant, team assistant, executive secretary supporting senior management & executives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Excel, Word.
Demonstrates a high level of multitasking ability and effective time management, with a strong sense of prioritization to ensure critical tasks are addressed promptly and efficiently
