Assistant Vice President Financial System Workday

Responsibilities

Continuously discover, evaluate, and recommend new ways to maximize system and process efficiencies for the team or organization. Lead and project manage initiatives to streamline and enhance processes and system functionalities to improve operational efficiency and end-user experience, and/or address control gaps.Stay up to date on Workday releases and updates and recommend changes or enhancements that are relevant and beneficial to the team or organization .Stay on top of new technology innovations and drive initiatives to implement new capabilities / innovations to the team or organization. Collaborate and integrate with other business units across the organization to provide a holistic and complete design solution, considering impact of both upstream and downstream systems and impact on post-implementation operational maintenance efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in relevant Finance, Accounting, Business, or Information System discipline
• Workday Financial Management professional certification
• Minimum 6-8 years of relevant working experience, with 3-5 years of experience with Workday system in Finance modules
• Excellent project management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects and manage multiple stakeholders within and outside the organization to achieve desired outcomes
• Strong logical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills; Able to connect the dots and assess downstream impact to propose solutions
• Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to professional and service excellence; Able to develop good working relationships
• Fast learner and highly adaptable in a fast and dynamic environment
