The Company
Established Real Estate industry player is hiring a hands-on and results-oriented Finance talent with SGX reporting and complex consolidation experience to join the group level team.
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant, Accountancy degree from NTU, NUS, SMU or reputable universities
- 10-15 years of relevant experience, with prior Big 4 experience
- Mandatory requirement: SGX reporting and complex consolidation experience in the commercial sector will be essential
- Technically competent, confident, driven, meticulous, proactive, team player, has good leadership skills
- Singaporean/ Singapore PR applicants
SGD 10,000 - 12,000 per month + Variable Bonus
Job Scope
Reporting to the Finance Director and managing a team of 2-3 staff, you will be responsible for financial reporting and consolidation, preparation of results announcements, board meeting deliverables, SGX reporting, review of budgets, cashflow management, tax, audit as well as compliance and internal control matters.
You will review and evaluate company accounting policies and SOPs, ensuring relevant updates are implemented in place in accordance to changes in business requirements and accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP). You will also provide advice from a financial standpoint and assist in M&A as well as any other fund-raising activities.
