Responsibilities

As a FX Product Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to oversee the development and management of FX cash business on both the traditional and digital channels. You will be responsible for growing the FX cash business and implementing FX cash strategies that meet the needs of our clients and align with the Bank\'s overall goals.

• Achieve the business financials by reengineering and implementing the FX cash strategies focusing on investment use case
• Collaborating across departments and product teams to drive FX cash initiatives/campaigns/experiments, enhance client journey and perform regular performance tracking
• Review and explore new marketing channels - partnering with Franchise to amplify client engagement and call to action
• Overhaul FX data analysis with Business Analytic team and stakeholders of the Transactional FX squad to better identify core business drivers and enable effective tracking
• Enhance processes, policies, and system platforms/channels to support business growth and to ensure operation efficiency and compliance
• Keep abreast of FX cash related competitive landscape, industry developments and market trends not limited to product offering, features and pricing
• Review and improve content for internal depository and DBS websites
• Manage platform & system implementation and participate in user acceptance testing, pilot testing and live verification as required
• Resolve day to day operation related issues and enhance operation controls

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking and finance, Fintech or relevant industry with In-depth knowledge of FX and the competitive landscape
• Bachelor\'s Degree holder from an accredited college or university
• Experience in stakeholder and project management
• Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis and assembly of control towers
• Positive mindset and meticulous with excellent problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability and proven track record in working in high pressure and fast-paced environments
• Good Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Creativity and ability to think out of the box
• Strong MS Excel, macro skills
