About The Role

The Strategic Investments and Integration team is part of the GCFO office and assumes responsibilities encompassing M&A, corporate strategy, divestment of non-strategic assets portfolio evaluation and business development.

You will develop financial models, perform due diligence and feasibility studies to assess potential acquisitions, investments, joint ventures and other strategic projects. You will also play a key role in overseeing the deal process, post-acquisition integration and managing ongoing strategic investments. You will also support the group in the evaluation, assessment and valuation of the existing investments within the group.

The ideal candidate would have completed numerous M&A or JV transactions and is involved in the transaction from start to finish, i.e. be part of deal origination team, deal structuring, due diligence, project coordination, valuation, negotiation, documentation, closing and settlement.

Requirements

• A degree in Finance, Accountancy, Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics or Sciences, from a reputable university. CA, CFA and MBA will be considered favorably.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience.
• The ideal candidate would have completed numerous M&A or JV transactions and is involved in the transaction from start to finish, i.e. be part of deal origination team, deal structuring, due diligence, project coordination, valuation, negotiation, documentation, closing and settlement.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, eCommerce and/or property a plus.
• Ability to organize and track overlapping tasks and assignments, with frequent priority changes.
• Strong communicator, highly engaging with strong stakeholder management skills.
